Everything I've put real time into — including the ones that didn't work.
My agency. A new-generation crypto agency: AI-driven data on one side, marketing on the other. I started working directly with large projects on my own, then built Voyra around that work — so campaigns run on what the data says, not on vibes.
A Web3 IP project built on a rebellion manifesto, made when IP plays and tap-to-earn were peaking. 200–300 people put the skull-and-flag on their profile before we shipped a thing. Then the market turned and we held it back. It's back on the table now — I still think it's the biggest thing I have, and I'm building it for the right cycle.
Crypto marketing agency. I ran growth and launch campaigns for the Turkish market — communities, KOLs, and the noise around a launch. Most of the network I lean on today came out of this room.
Trading app. I handled everything from the pitch deck to the in-app buttons. The business never found its market and I left after about two years — but it's where I learned how a product actually gets built.
Projects
Token launches I've run the Turkish market for — across Golwens, on my own, and now through Voyra:
Subsquid's SQD sale was the fastest in CoinList history — $6M in 19 minutes — and I stayed with the project through everything that came after.
